Our client, a dedicated personal trainer, had established a track record of exceptional client transformations, showcasing a clear proof of concept. However, their client base remained limited, primarily due to a lack of exposure beyond their existing social media channels. While social media proved effective for sharing success stories, it struggled to attract fresh traffic, provide in-depth service information, and convert interested visitors. The client required a robust online platform to expand reach, capture new leads, and seamlessly convert them into clients.

Starting from scratch, we created a cohesive brand identity, including a custom logo, color scheme, and website design tailored to our client's vision. Recognizing that most site traffic would likely come from mobile social media users, we adopted a mobile-first design strategy. The website remained intentionally simple, focusing on delivering key information effectively and maximizing conversion opportunities.
The website was optimized for local SEO, targeting specific service areas within reach for this in-person trainer. We incorporated a keyword strategy geared toward local search queries, helping potential clients easily find the service nearby. With additional support from the CDAP Grant, we implemented a PPC and social media ad strategy to drive traffic directly to the site, increasing overall visibility and engagement.
