A qualifying referral must be a new prospective client who has not already contacted Nomad Designs or entered into active discussions with us about their project. The referral should be submitted to us, or the introduction made, before the prospective client contacts us independently.
10% of the qualifying website project value, subject to the referral-program payout limit. The full payout breakdown shows the exact tiers and where that limit applies. Rewards are calculated before tax and exclude third-party expenses like domains, hosting, software, or ad spend.
After the referred client has paid Nomad Designs in full for the qualifying project and the payment has cleared. If the project is cancelled, refunded, or not completed, a reward is not earned.
No. A reward is only earned when a qualifying referral becomes a paying client. There's no payment for leads, introductions, or proposals that don't result in a paid project.
The reward goes to the first person whose qualifying referral or introduction we can verify.
The 10% reward applies to the referred client's initial qualifying website project only. Additional projects or recurring services aren't included unless we agree otherwise in writing.
